HPD Body Worn Cameras Policy

On Monday, February 4, 2019, the Hartford Police Department is scheduled to deploy 40 Body-Worn Cameras (BWCs) throughout the department as a pilot implementation program. In the interest of transparency and open communication with our community, the governing HPD BWC policy is included here.
