Windsor Man Shot

On October 22, 2015, at 11:22pm, HPD Patrol Officers responded to 164 Burnham Street on report of a serious assault with a firearm. Upon arrival, officers met with the male victim, a 23yo male from Windsor, CT, who was alert and conscious. The victim stated he and two other people were sitting inside an Acura which was parked in the driveway located at 164 Burnham Street. They noticed a Chrysler 300 drive past them, several times, east bound on Burnham Street. Shortly after they observed two unknown males, on foot, walking west bound on Burnham Street toward them. One of the males, wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, shot at them several times. The males then fled, on foot, east bound on Burnham Street. Officers on scene located six spent shell casing in front of 160 Burnham Street and found seven bullet holes along the driver side of the Acura. The male victim who suffered a non-life threatening graze to the left side of his neck was treated and released by Saint Francis hospital. Hartford STF arrived on scene to investigate.

Suspect #1: Male wearing a gray hooded sweat shirt with a handgun. Unknown race, height or weight
Suspect #2: Male unknown height, weight, race

Suspect vehicle: Dark colored, possibly black, Newer Chrysler 300 with dark tints. (Possibly a rental)
