Higher Education Serving the Community

The Hartford Police Department has always supported the endeavors of our staff to seek training for professional development as well as personal enrichment.  We also strive to promote higher education as a positive goal as such we would like to recognize Detective Steven Citta.  Detective Citta earned his criminal justice degree from the University of Hartford and continues to use his degree to serve the Hartford community.
