Gun Arrest November 22, 2014
On November 22, 2014 at 9:20pm Hartford Police Officers from the South Conditions Unit conducted a motor vehicle stop of the suspect in the area of 1 Julius Street. Officers were immediately concerned when they saw the suspect attempting to conceal an unknown item under the driver's side seat of the vehicle. The officers requested the party to exit the vehicle for officer safety purposes. As the party exited the vehicle the firearm was observed partially protruding from beneath the driver's seat. The suspect was found to not possess a CT pistol permit and was placed under arrest and charged accordingly.

3. Operating MV No License
4. Insufficient Insurance
5. Misuse Marker Plates
6. Weapons in a MV
7. Possession of a Pistol w/out a Permit
$350,000 bond
Firearm: Beretta Model 96/40 cal Firearm, color silver, containing seven live 40 cal. rounds
