The Reentry Welcome Center is run by Community Partners in Action with support from dozens of community-based organizations and is funded by a three-year, $450,000 Innovation Grant from the Hartford Foundation for Public Giving and on September 17, 2018, it officially opened its doors.

The Reentry Welcome Center provides case management services to 150 people each year who completed their sentences and are recently released from incarceration, however, anyone who comes to the Center is offered information on community programs and resources.  Individuals are able to access support and services offered by a variety of community organizations related to:  basic needs like food and clothing; housing; substance abuse treatment; mental health treatment; medical care; job training and education; employment opportunities and more.  The Center serves as a data collection hub and tracks referral outcomes across partners.

The hours for the Center are Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
