Administrative Analyst

POSITION

Vacancy is in the Division for Youth services of the Department of Families, Children, Youth and Recreation. Under the supervision of the Assistant Director, provides administrative assistance and coordination for a range of youth service programs, events and activities in collaboration with other City Departments and diverse community partners. As part of Youth Service Division staff team, he/she will be responsible for program logistics such as scheduling, securing facility and equipment, coordinating with facilitators, marketing and recruiting participants, preparing print and electronic materials, managing data, and generating routine reports.
