Applications

The application period for Fiscal Year 2019-2020 (FY2019-20) City of Hartford U.S. Housing and Urban Development (HUD) funding is open for submission starting January 7, 2019. Completed, signed applications will be due at the Office of Central Grants Administration, City Hall, 550 Main Street, Room 302, Hartford CT 06103, no later than 3:00PM on Wednesday, February 20, 2019. 

Below, you will find the application and instruction documents for the FY2019-20 Award Year Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) programs. All applicants are encouraged to download all documents including the Public Hearing/Technical Assistance Presentation.

Public Hearing/Technical Assistance Presentation

The Office of Central Grants Administration will present two public hearing/technical assistance sessions on the development of Hartford's Fiscal Year 2019-20 Annual Plan, including an overview of program and regulatory requirements for HUD funding. The 2019-20 CDBG application is significantly changed since the last year. Therefore, attendance at one of the following sessions is strongly suggested:
